5.1 Earning Mechanics

Players will be rewarded if they choose to go greener. They should get incentivized to use the train or bike instead of a car. Speed and time doesn't matter as users have 24 hours to reach their maximum daily cap. The calculation will be 1 $WHL for 1kg CO2 emissions saved. To guarantee that we made the following calculation. On the left side there is the $WHL earnings per kilometer and on the right side the kilometer it takes to earn 1 $WHL. The whole ecosystem (beside the Exoskeleton NFT) is based on this formula.

Note this formula is subject to change and evolution over time. For example as more users join from around the globe, it would be possible to obtain average emissions from public transit fleets in major cities (when the data is available) and then to further refine the calculations based on where the user is traveling.

Each NFT will have 3 tiers and in the future can be upgraded by burning $WHL to receive a higher cap.

In short, the factors which affects $WHL earnings are
